Curt Hughes lives in Newport Beach with his wife and three children. A passionate outdoorsman and dedicated sports mentor, Curt has spent many years coaching youth in track (Cal Coast Youth Track Club), AYSO soccer, and school football, and he continues to serve as a certified youth soccer referee. His leadership in these roles reflects his commitment to helping others grow—an approach that also defines his work with clients.
Curt earned his bachelor’s degree from Chapman College in Orange, California, and a master’s degree from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. He has been a licensed financial securities representative since 2000 and has served as Chief Operations Officer of Conway Investment Partners since 2015.
Curt has worked alongside Kevin Conway for over a decade, but their relationship began much earlier—as friends since the third grade. That lifelong connection reflects a foundation of shared values, mutual trust, and unwavering commitment to serving clients with integrity and excellence.
Drawing on his background in banking, education, counseling psychology, and coaching, Curt takes a thoughtful and strategic approach to helping clients pursue their financial goals. He prioritizes clarity, professionalism, and the highest level of confidentiality in every client relationship.
