Kristine Schrack joined Conway Investment Partners in 2017 and now serves as Operations Assistant, where she plays a key role in both firm operations and client service.
Her connection to the firm runs well beyond her official start date. Professionally, she learned the role firsthand by working alongside her mother, Priscilla, who served in a similar role for more than 27 years, and personally, she has been a lifelong friend of the Conway family. This long-standing relationship has given Kristine a unique, first-hand understanding of the firm’s culture, values, and vision, allowing her to embody the client-first mentality that defines Conway Investment Partners.
With a background as a licensed massage therapist for over a decade, Kristine brings a distinctive perspective on care, attention to detail, and building strong relationships—qualities she now applies to supporting clients and the firm’s operations. In her current role, she is responsible for ensuring that every client receives attentive service and feels cared for throughout their relationship with the firm. On top of her outstanding customer service, her mentorship under Kevin has accumulated extensive knowledge of the financial services industry through hands-on experience.
Outside of work, Kristine enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband—hiking local trails, working out, and exploring new destinations. She also has a passion for exploring new restaurants and watching movies.
